If you cannot access your inbox, EdSaf can send a one-time code by SMS to the registered mobile number on this account. The SMS code only works for this email address.

If your mobile number is out of date, contact your organisation manager.

Before you can log in

  • Your email address must be verified.
  • Your EdSaf role must be accepted.
  • Your dashboard access depends on the role assigned to you.

What happens after login?

  • You enter your one-time code.
  • EdSaf checks your verified email and accepted role.
  • You are taken to the correct dashboard for your role.
  • All key access and actions are recorded for audit history.

Public reporting links

Your organisation will have its own private link for the public reporting screens that visitors, parents and the community use. We'll show this clearly inside your dashboard.

These public reporting screens are separate from staff dashboard logins.
