What happens after you register?

EdSaf sends setup links by email. The account stays locked until the email address and role have both been confirmed.

Who can start setup?

Either a Manager or a Reception / Admin team member can start setup. This keeps installation simple if the manager wants an office team member to help.

Why does EdSaf confirm roles?

Role confirmation helps make sure the right people receive safeguarding reports, feedback messages and dashboard access.
